Why Munken?
Swedish paper mill "Munken' was founded in 1871 in a small village named Munkedal, close to the Swedish coast,
Named Munken after the monks who originally ran the mill, it is considered one of the world's most environmentally friendly paper mills.
The mill even has its own environmental quality team and all waste water produced by the mill is purified so it can be safely drunk when it flows back to the river, which also ensures that the local wildlife are protected.
